    Officials’ view

    The overview, not the tactics.

    Officials see fixtures, record, squad and dates – line-up, tactics board and training stay with the coaching staff. The server checks that, not just the menu.

    Inviting

    Inviting means assigning a role.

    E-mail, role, done: managers help run the team, members work in it, officials watch. The invitation goes out by e-mail.

    Joining

    One link and you’re in.

    The invitation is tied to the address and valid for 14 days. Whoever opens it sees team and role first – no password passed along the corridor.

    Seasons

    Season after season, nothing gets lost.

    Every season has its start date, matches and statistics sort themselves in. Older seasons stay as an archive – even after a change of coach.

    Youth lead? All teams, one account.

    Every side is its own team. Whoever looks after several switches with one click – and the role can differ from team to team.

Switching on the floodlights is still on you.

Who at the club sees what – MatchPlanner takes care of that.

What do officials see – and what not?

Dashboard, squad, fixtures, results, statistics, tasks and calendar. Locked are matchday planning with the line-up, the tactics board and training content – the server rejects such requests, whatever address is in the browser.

Who may manage members?

Owners and managers invite, change roles and remove members. Only the owner transfers ownership or deletes the team – and the last owner cannot remove themselves.

Who owns the data when the coach leaves?

The team. The owner hands ownership to the successor, and everything stays: squad, fixtures, statistics, tactics, drills. The previous coach can stay on as a member or leave the team.

Does the club have to sign anything?

No. Every coach registers on their own, with no contract and no term. There is no club licence, no tiered pricing and no limit on teams or members.
