What does MatchPlanner cost for players and parents?
Nothing. MatchPlanner is completely free for everyone – for coaches just as much as for players and parents. There is no premium tier and there are no hidden costs.
How do I join my team?
Via a personal invitation or your team’s join link. With the join link you pick your name from the squad list and your coach confirms the request – after that you see all of your team’s events.
Can parents respond for their children?
Yes. Parents can take over the access for their child: they see all events and confirm or decline on their behalf – ideal for youth teams where scheduling runs through the parents.
What do my teammates see about me?
Deliberately little. Your personal statistics are visible only to you and your coaching staff. Whether the squad list and the other players’ responses are visible to players is up to your coach in the team settings – and you only see the matchday squad once the coach publishes it.
